  • Terms for Exhibitors

    • The NCSFA reserves the right to refuse any Exhibitor.
    • Exhibitors must have a direct connection and relationship with providing services to the Fire-Rescue community.
    • Exhibitors will avoid using materials and other media that may be potentially offensive to others. Upon refusal to remove offensive materials (when requested by the NCSFA), Exhibitor will be removed from the Expo and refused admittance in future years.
    • Exhibits must remain intact until the close of the Expo Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
    • All Vendor Representatives and Guests must be registered and wear provided credentials at all times. Credential badges may NOT be shared.
    Additionally, for Apparatus Exhibitors:
    • Apparatus should be clean upon your arrival at the staging area/check-in. Minimal touch-up washing is provided, extensive detailing is not.
    • Once in place on the Expo floor, vehicle batteries must be disconnected.
    • Once in place on the Expo floor, vehicle fuel tanks cannot exceed 1/4 full, 4 gallons or 19 liters, whichever is less.
    • Once in place on the Expo floor, all vehicle tank and fill openings must be sealed to prevent tampering.
    • Vehicles and equipment may not be fueled or have fuel removed from the vehicle on site.
    • All Apparatus Exhibitors must maintain a minimum three-foot clear easement within their booth when it abuts an adjoining Exhibitor's booth. This is to ensure a clear path of circulation and delineation of assigned booth spaces.
  • Cancellation Policy

    For exhibit space cancellations received in writing by the NCSFA, refunds shall be made to Exhibitors subject to the following charges:

    1. If more than 60 days prior to Expo, fifteen percent (15%) of the total exhibit space rental fees shall be retained by the NCSFA.
    2. From 59 to 30 days prior to Expo, fifty percent (50%) of the total exhibit space rental fees shall be retained by the NCSFA.
    3. If less than 30 days prior to Expo, the full amount of the rental fee shall be retained by the NCSFA.
    • The agreement will also be deemed to be cancelled if the Exhibitor fails to occupy his space by 5:00 pm on the Thursday before the Expo opens. In this event, the Exhibitor will remain fully responsible for the total cost of the exhibit space.

  • NOTICE: Because less than 60 days remain until the 2015 Expo, all new orders must include credit card information. Your card will not be charged. Payment will still need to be made by check. Your card will only be charged should you fail to appear or fulfill your payment obligation, in accordance with the cancellation policy.
