EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT PROCEDURES
- SAFRE Security will begin clearing all expo attendees from the expo floor at 2:00 pm on Saturday. (This process will take approximately 15 minutes.)
- Apparatus / Vehicles / Vehicles with Trailers – Move-Out WILL HAPPEN FIRST (Time required approximately 20 minutes)
- The loading dock roll-up doors will not open until the security staff has cleared all expo attendees from the floor.
- Please wait to start your apparatus/vehicle until you see the roll-up doors open.
- All apparatus/vehicles/vehicles with trailers will exit the venue by turning RIGHT onto Lenoir St. and making an immediate LEFT onto South Dawson Street toward I-40 / I-440.
- Tabletop Exhibitors will begin moving out only AFTER all apparatus have cleared the expo floor.
- Please do not attempt to exit through the loading dock doors on foot, as this is a safety hazard.
- You may exit the expo floor via any escalator, stairs, or elevator and leave through any of the normal pedestrian exits.
- Once all apparatus/vehicles/vehicles with trailers have exited, tabletop exhibitors may drive their vehicles into the loading dock area and onto the expo floor.
Notes to All Exhibitors:
- Foot traffic will not be permitted to leave or re-enter through the loading dock exits.
- During Move-Out, the loading dock driveway will be accessible to vehicles only.
- At the end of the expo, please listen for announcements over the venue’s sound system. We will provide a reminder of these instructions before opening the loading dock roll-up doors.
